History

The Randolph Chamber is a not for profit corporation founded in 1986 representing businesses in Randolph and the surrounding communities. The Chamber provides leadership in fostering business success, growth and development. We are made up of various size and types of business from large businesses, world headquarters to small businesses and micro home based businesses.

The Chamber has been involved with various special projects throughout the years from involvement in arranging member’s easy access to SCORE’s mentors, representing members interest in the Tax Classification process, hosting Road Races, the Holiday Lighting for the community and participating in the Town’s 4th of July Parade.

Today, the Chamber has added new initiatives to the program. Our expansion includes our new Corporate Partners program, Breakfast of Champions, a member of the Government Biz Team and the very popular Holiday Stroll.

Mission and Vision

The mission of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce is to promote, enhance and strengthen business interests of its members and to maintain and unify a sound and healthy business district and climate while contributing to the well being of the Randolph Community.

The Randolph Chamber of Commerce is the premier business organization that serves the business community where business and local government work together to foster and create a healthy business climate that contributes to the quality of life for the residents of Randolph.

To meet our mission, our objectives include increased media presence to the community, increased involvement with local government, increased communications and program services building.

Officers and Directors

The corporate powers of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce shall exercise its business affairs and its property controlled by the elected Officers and a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is composed of fifteen (15) Full Members in good standing successive years in three groups of five (5), each group to serve for a term of (3) three years. The President is the chief officer of the Chamber. The Immediate Past President shall act as procedure council and advisor to the President. The Vice Presidents, in the order of their designation, each are charged by the Board of Directors with specific duties and areas of responsibility in the program of the year. The Treasurer is the custodian of all funds of the Chamber. He/she keeps the books of account for the organization. The Officers and Board members work cohesively in a work environment allowing the advancement of the Chamber.
